These Terms of Service govern your use of the LeapKeep platform operated by LeapKeep. Please read them carefully. This is not legal advice.

By creating an account or using the LeapKeep platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
These terms apply to all users, including those on the free plan and paid plans.
Account responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at
[email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
You must provide accurate information when creating your account. Accounts created with false information may be suspended.
Acceptable use
You may use LeapKeep to import, analyze, simulate, and deploy legitimate software projects. You agree to use the platform in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations.
Prohibited uses
You may not use LeapKeep to:
- Deploy or distribute malware, malicious code, or software intended to harm systems or users
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data or our infrastructure
- Use the platform to violate the rights of others, including intellectual property rights
- Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any security measures of the platform
- Use the platform for any activity that violates applicable law in your jurisdiction
Violations may result in immediate account suspension without refund.
Intellectual property
You retain full ownership of the code, projects, and data you bring to LeapKeep. Uploading or connecting a project does not grant us any license to your intellectual property beyond what is necessary to operate the features you use.
The LeapKeep platform, including its design, code, and brand, is owned by LeapKeep. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without our express written permission.
Deployment responsibility
LeapKeep provides tools to analyze, simulate, and initiate deployment of your projects. You remain solely responsible for the configuration, security, and behavior of your deployed applications. We provide simulation tools to help you identify issues before deployment, but simulation results do not guarantee a successful or error-free deployment in all environments.
You are responsible for ensuring your deployments comply with the terms of any cloud provider or third-party service you use.
Platform availability
We aim to keep LeapKeep available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, incidents, or circumstances beyond our control. We do not offer a specific uptime guarantee at this time.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LeapKeep and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to data loss, deployment failures, or business interruption.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the platform will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim, or $50, whichever is greater. This does not apply in jurisdictions that do not allow such limitations.
Termination and suspension
You may close your account at any time by contacting us at
[email protected]. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to other users or to platform integrity. We will attempt to provide notice before suspension except in cases of severe or obvious violations.
Changes to the service and terms
We may update these Terms of Service as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or by email. Your continued use of the platform after changes are effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
We may add, modify, or remove platform features over time. We will not remove features that paying users have actively relied on without reasonable notice.
